How do I order a 2D video animation?

If you don't have the text yet: the speech, script or sequential scenario, then we send it to you for a single correction.
If necessary a draft, a pencil drawing and a story board. Then we send it to you to wait for a single correction from you.

And we make the correction in an obvious way.

Organization of the correction

Please note that once the style and content of the project is agreed upon in the specifications being validated during the project definition stage, the production stages must respect all the terms included therein.

Once the video work is produced, the correction of the main ideas : speech, drawing, music, animation is done in one go. This is done from the client's first preview or correction when this first artwork is shown to him. This first correction must not divert from the styles agreed upon since the project definition stage or the specifications.

Thereafter, once the indications of this first correction have been respected, there must be no new suggestions for changes to the main elements in the work, apart from small adjustments and improvements. These small adjustments are to be made after the second correction session suggested by the client. Then, once corrected for the second time, the work will again have a third preview of the client allowing the client to indicate final adjustments to be made.

Terms on the artwork produced

The product is delivered in HD format that can be broadcast on TV, internet, or other multimedia platforms.

All the exclusive right of the work belongs to the customer. But as the producer of the work, Creasphere Gasy asks the client for permission to include the production in our portfolio.

As with all Creasphere Gasy communication projects, Creasphere Gasy is committed to keeping the client's personal information confidential.

All Creasphere Gasy productions are created exclusively by its creative team and are never copied from external sources. If this is the case as well as for the attribution rights of third parties (partnership, free of charge, purchase of rights), we will inform the customer.

The customer would be invited to contact directly the Creasphere Gasy interface manager if he perceives a strange problem being under the responsibility of the production team.

Creasphere Gasy aspires to a sustainable development together with its partnerships and customers. It is ready to watch over the evolution of communication of competitive products at the expense of those of its client. Thus, it proposes axes of communication being much more strategic, in case the customer wishes it.

The client would also be invited to recommend the production service of Creasphere Gasy in order to keep its real production image.

Payment is 50% before the production stage and 50% upon final delivery.

Si vous n’en avez pas encore le texte : la parole, le script ou le scenario séquentiel, puis nous vous l’envoyons pour une unique correction.
Si nécessaire une ébauche, un dessin en crayon et un story board. Puis nous vous l’envoyons pour attendre à une unique correction de votre part.

Organisation de la correction

A noter qu’une fois le style et le contenu de projet est convenu dans le cahier de charge étant validé lors de l’étape de définition de projet, les étapes de production se doivent à respecter tous les termes y étant inclus.

Une fois l’œuvre vidéo est produite, la correction des idées principales : de la parole, du dessin, de la musique, de l’animation se fait en une seule fois. Cela se fait depuis le premier aperçu ou correction du client lorsqu’on lui montre pour la première fois l’œuvre produite. Cette première correction ne doit pas dérouter des styles convenus depuis l’étape de définition du projet ou le cahier de charge.

Par la suite, une fois les indications de cette première correction ont été respectées, il ne doit plus y avoir de nouvelles suggestions de changement d’éléments principaux dans l’œuvre, à part des petites retouches d’ajustement et d’amélioration. Ces petites retouches sont à faire après la deuxième séance de correction suggérée par le client. Puis une fois corrigée pour la deuxième fois, l’œuvre aura encore à un troisième aperçu du client permettant au client d’indiquer des derniers ajustements à faire.

Termes sur l’œuvre produite

Le produit est livré en format HD diffusable sur TV, internet, ou autres plateformes multimédias.

Tout le droit exclusif de l’œuvre appartient au client. Mais en tant que producteur de l’œuvre, Creasphere Gasy lui demande la permission d’inscrire la dite production dans notre portfolio.

Comme dans tous les cadres de projets de communication Creasphere Gasy, ce dernier s’engage à garder en confidentialité les informations personnelles du client.

Toutes les productions de Creasphere Gasy sont créées exclusivement par son équipe créative et ne sont jamais l’objet d’une copie depuis des sources externes. Si c’est le cas comme celui des droits d’attribution de tiers (partenariat, gratuité, achat de droit), nous en avertissons le client.

Le client serait invité à s’adresser directement au responsable interface du Creasphere Gasy s’il perçoit un problème étrange étant sous la responsabilité de la production de l’équipe.
